These Terms of Use apply to Guru Chants websites, Android apps, audio experiences, visual content, and related services provided by App Sage Studio. By using Guru Chants, 108 Jaap: Mantra Counter, Hanuman Temple, Hanuman Chalisa, Global Jaap, or related Guru Chants experiences, you agree to these terms.
Devotional and Entertainment Use
Guru Chants products are provided for devotional listening, ritual support, relaxation, reflection, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, religious, legal, or financial advice.
Health and Wellness Notice
Some apps or content may include meditation, relaxation, chanting, devotional music, sacred frequencies, haptic feedback, visual effects, or similar wellness-oriented features. These are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Guru Chants products respectfully and lawfully. You must not:
- copy, redistribute, resell, modify, or exploit app content, audio, artwork, code, or brand assets without permission;
- reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to any app, website, system, or service;
- use Guru Chants products for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing purposes;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights notices from any content.
Content and Intellectual Property
Guru Chants names, designs, user interfaces, audio experiences, images, text, icons, software, and related brand elements are owned by App Sage Studio or used under applicable rights. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps and website for their intended purpose.
Some Guru Chants recordings, visuals, or supporting assets may be created or enhanced using AI tools. Our focus is devotional listening, respectful presentation, and high-quality sacred audio experiences.
Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our apps and website may link to third-party services such as Google Play, Spotify, YouTube, YouTube Music, Solana Mobile, or other external platforms. Those services are controlled by their own providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Purchases and App Stores
If an app is downloaded through an app store or dApp store, your download, updates, refunds, device compatibility, and store account use may also be governed by that store's terms. We do not control app-store account, billing, review, or platform policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or discontinue any app, website, feature, audio item, link, or content at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
No Warranty
Guru Chants products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the apps, website, audio, links, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, App Sage Studio and Guru Chants will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our apps, website, or content.
