Privacy Policy

Rath Racing: Epic Chariot Rush is an Android arcade game in which players steer a chariot, dodge obstacles, collect coins and power-ups, save their best score, may optionally use Google Play Games leaderboards, and may choose to view or encounter advertising.

Information We Collect

Rath Racing does not require a Guru Chants account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information.

The game stores limited gameplay data locally on your device, including your best score, run statistics, audio choices, haptic choice, and other gameplay preferences.

Firebase Analytics automatically processes limited app-measurement information, such as first open, session start, screen view, engagement, app version, device model, operating-system version, language, approximate region derived from network information, and an app-instance identifier. Rath Racing also sends a small set of game events whose names begin with rr_, covering key screens, run starts and results, biome progress, power-up collection, selected dodge-chain milestones, revives, leaderboard opening, and settings changes. Scores, distance, dodge counts, and coin counts are sent only as broad ranges rather than exact values. The game does not send player names, free-form text, lane-by-lane movement, or obstacle positions.

Appodeal and the advertising networks it mediates, including Google AdMob, may process the advertising identifier, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, device and app information, consent choices, ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention signals to request, deliver, measure, secure, and limit advertising. Rath Racing does not provide these services with a Guru Chants account ID, player name, precise location, score, lane movement, or free-form gameplay data.

Google Play Games

Google Play Games sign-in and leaderboard features may be available in supported builds and are optional. If you use them, Google may process your Play Games profile, player identifier, submitted scores, leaderboard activity, device or app information, and related diagnostics according to your Google account settings and Google's privacy practices.

You can play Rath Racing without connecting to Google Play Games. Play Games profile and leaderboard information is controlled through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.

Local Data and Deletion

Rath Racing does not maintain its own server-side player account or profile database. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the game, or reset or replace the device. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the game's local data. Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for the connected Firebase and Google Analytics property.

You can delete local data under Android Settings > Apps > Rath Racing > Storage > Clear storage or Clear data, or by uninstalling the game. Google Play Games information can be managed or deleted through your Google account and Google Play Games controls.

Analytics, Advertising, and Purchases

Rath Racing uses Firebase Analytics, a Google service, for automatic app measurement and privacy-minimal, aggregate game events to understand general engagement and progression. Event values are restricted to predefined categories and broad numeric ranges. The game does not set Firebase user IDs, user properties, or default event parameters.

Rath Racing uses Appodeal as its advertising mediation provider, with Google AdMob as an advertising network. Rewarded video is optional and is offered when a player chooses “Watch Ad to Revive”; the reward is granted only after a completed video. Interstitial ads may appear only at post-run navigation breaks and are frequency-capped by the game. Rath Racing does not show banner or app-open ads.

Firebase's own Advertising ID collection and ad-personalization signals remain disabled. The app nevertheless declares the Advertising ID permission because Appodeal and AdMob use it for advertising. Android AdServices ID, attribution, Topics, precise-location, and coarse-location permissions are removed from the app. Where required, the advertising consent form is shown and a Privacy Choices entry appears in Settings so you can revisit those choices.

Permissions

Rath Racing uses internet and network access for advertising, Firebase Analytics, optional Google Play Games features, and external links. It declares Advertising ID for advertising delivery and measurement and may use vibration or haptic capability for gameplay feedback. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise or coarse location, or general file-storage permissions.

The game includes optional links to the Guru Chants website, Guru Chants YouTube channel, this Privacy Policy, and Google Play Games surfaces. If you open an external link, that service's own privacy terms apply.

Children

Rath Racing is family-friendly, but it is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take reasonable steps to address it.

Data Sharing and Security

Rath Racing does not sell personal data. Limited automatic app-measurement information and the restricted aggregate game events described above are processed by Firebase/Google for analytics; optional Google Play Games data is processed by Google to operate its sign-in and leaderboard services; and the advertising information described above is processed by Appodeal, AdMob, and participating advertising partners to provide and secure ads. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled by the game, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Rath Racing, its features, or its connected services change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
